How do I return or exchange an item?
We understand sometimes things don’t quite work out. If you’d like to return or exchange, just email us at [email protected] within 21 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure your items are in brand new condition, in the original packaging. As a small business, we can’t offer free returns at this stage, and we’re not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If you’re returning a bundle, your refund will reflect any discounts applied at checkout. If you’d prefer to exchange for something else, just let us know in your email and we’ll arrange that for you.

Can I try your products in person?
We’re working on it. This year we’ll be launching pop-up events and going to wellness festivals, so you can experience Onyx products in real life. You can also head to one of many studios who are using and stocking our equipment. If you’re a studio owner interested in stocking Onyx, please get in touch, we’d love to chat.
